DAVIES COURT:
Davies Court provides a mixture of en-suite and shared facility, self-catered accommodation. It has bicycle storage and an on-site gym, within walking distance of Canary Wharf and easy access to central London; perfect for young working people.
Location: Canary Wharf is a short walk, for shopping, cafés and restaurants or to catch a two minute train to the O2 Arena. There is also a station 200 metres away at Westferry (Zone 2) DLR station.
Flexible: En-suite singles, twins, and non en-suite singles are available for short term or long term bookings. A TV area, study room and your own lockable kitchen space allow you to live life in the heart of London the way that you choose.

En-suite and non en-suite singles and twins are available for short term or long term bookings. A TV area, study room and your own lockable kitchen space allow you to live life in the heart of London the way that you choose.
Twin Room
Room shared with someone else of the same sex, each person having a quality bed, wardrobe, drawers and share a sink with shaving and vanity unit. These twins also include a toilet and a shower.

Single Room
Completely private room, with quality bed, wardrobe, drawers and sink with vanity unit. Davies Court also provides en suite singles, which includes your own private toilet and shower.

Wifi
As well as a fixed data point as standard, we offer free high speed WiFi that can be accessed anywhere in the house. Each guest can access a massive 50MB used over 7 devices at any one time.
Bills
All bills are included. This includes council tax, all utilities, incoming data line, insurance fee, general cleaning and maintenance. This could be worth more than £50 a week in a private house!
CCTV
24 cloud based CCTV is in operation in common rooms, helping make LHA one of the safest places to stay in London.
Communal Kitchen
A shared eating space with seats, table and a TV. A great place to relax and meet new people.

Bike racks are provided enabling you to use your own lock to secure your bike.

Coin operated, state of the art washing and drying machines are available throughout the day and late into the night (typical wash price is £3.20) Washing powder is also on sale at reception.

Local Guides
Little Venice
North of Paddington there is a picturesque narrow boat hangout known as Little Venice. The area is a popular tourist attraction mainly due to the canals with Narrow boat cruises travelling between Little Venice and Camden Lock. There are also some great places to eat seafood or spend afternoons in one of the riverside cafes.
Chelsea Football Club
Opened in 1877, the stadium was used by the London Athletic Club until 1905, when new owner Gus Mears founded Chelsea Football Club to occupy the ground; Chelsea have played their home games there ever since. Often referred to as simply The Bridge, it holds a capacity 41,798 people, making it the eighth largest ground in the Premier League.
Porchester Gardens
The stunning Porchester Gardens are free and open to the public, typically populated by dog walkers and joggers. The gardens offer a nice break from the urban areas further south and a good place for walks.

This is a large and busy community and children’s library with an business information point. The library splits the adult library and children’s library into two separate buildings.
