Our Booking Guarantee provides the reassurance you need to book your next stay with LHA for all 2021 arrivals. If you are unable to proceed with your booking due to Covid-19 restrictions, unable to travel, or your chosen accommodation is not available, you will have the option of a full refund or moving your stay to another date free of charge.
If you cannot stay with us because of the pandemic, we guarantee:
To move your stay to another date FREE of CHARGE or to give you a no quibble refund of your deposit.
At LHA London we recognise that we are all living in uncertain times and that there is no clarity about when the pandemic will be over. So, to provide you with complete reassurance, we have introduced the free of charge COVID-19 Booking Guarantee. This means if your 2021 stay is cancelled due to COVID-19, we will offer you:
• The choice of a full no quibble refund OR
• The opportunity to move your stay to another date free of any administration charge
What is covered with the guarantee?
• Applies to all bookings arriving in 2021, made between now and 30th September 2021
• Covered for COVID-19 outbreaks relating to:
• UK Government restricting your travel
• The Hostel is closed
• You are unable to travel due to isolation or having a positive test for COVID-19 (proof may be required)
I cannot travel and need to claim against the guarantee:
• This guarantee can only be claimed within 28 days and 24 hrs of arrival
• If you booked between the above dates, you can now either choose to:
• Move your booking to a future date (your future change of date must be within 12-months of your arrival date)
• Transfer your money to a holding account until you’re ready to book your new dates (the new dates must be booked within 12 months of original arrival dates)
• Request a full refund and cancel your booking
• Should Government advice change at any time, we have the right to review this offer
• If you change the date of your stay, and it is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference. If the booking value is higher than your original booking, the difference is payable by yourself
